Fall 2021 Events & Activities

Welcome to a new academic year, University of Waterloo! As we gradually expand operations and prepare for in-person engagement activities, Impact Alliance is ready for another successful term of learning about, engaging with, and taking action on the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals in the University of Waterloo Community!

SDGxCreatives is a magazine inspired by the United Nation's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of this magazine is to use creativity to tell stories of people's connections with the SDGs, as portrayed through their art and their lives.

SDGxCreatives is a collaborative project led by Impact Alliance and AIESEC in Waterloo for all who are interested in creative expression related to the SDGs. The magazine will be available for everyone at absolutely no cost however, for those who are interested, there will be an option for you to donate (see button on the right).

SDGxCreatives is officially launched and ready for all to access and read! We hope all readers enjoy what SDGxCreatives has to offer and that it inspires you to learn more and take action on the SDGs!

We would like to thank all creators, organizations, and clubs that are featured and the SDGxCreatives team for all their hard work! Together, we were able to raise over $200 for the UN SDG Fund!

Impact Alliance members enjoyed learning the Sustainable Development in the 21st Century with Ban Ki-moon course! We increased our knowledge on the 2030 Agenda, and the different pillars under which the SDGs can be grouped: People, Planet, Prosperity, and Peace & Partnership.
